Suki Waterhouse Releases Christmas Cover For Charity

Suki Waterhouse has brought early holiday cheer by releasing a cover of the classic “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.” This exclusive rendition, available for streaming and download on Bandcamp for just one month, promises a unique and moody take on the beloved song.

In the spirit of giving, a portion of the proceeds from this single will benefit A Sense of Home, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping former foster youth. The organization believes in the transformative power of a home filled with hope, dignity, and love to break the cycle of homelessness and forge successful lives.

Waterhouse expressed her excitement and commitment to the cause, stating, “Celebrating the holidays by creating this cover of ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’ was an absolute joy, and I’m thrilled to support A Sense of Home, a cause that’s been close to my heart since 2019.” The festive single was produced in Los Angeles by Medasin and Boy Deco, with mixing and mastering also by Medasin.

Georgie Smith, the founder and CEO of A Sense of Home, praised Waterhouse’s humanitarian efforts. She recounted Suki’s impact in 2019, where she helped create a home for a young mother and her daughter, leading to their thriving life today. “In 2019, she created a home for a young mother, Liz, and her daughter, Naomi. Both of whom are thriving today, thanks to Suki. We are thrilled to share in the joy of Suki’s new beautiful song, which will enable us to create more homes for deserving young people exiting foster care,” expressed Smith.
