Green Day Announce 2024 North American “The Saviors Tour”

Legendary rock trio Green Day, consisting of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool, has announced their 2024 North American tour dates. Accompanied by rock icons The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas, “The Saviors Tour” is poised to deliver electrifying performances across New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and more.

Green Day‘s North American leg of “The Saviors Tour,” fueled by Monster Energy, is set to begin on July 29th, 2024, at Nationals Park in Washington, DC. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will make stops in major cities including Toronto, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, and more, with the final show on September 28th at Petco Park in San Diego.

The excitement was palpable as Green Day exclaimed, “We’ve never been more excited to unleash new music than with Saviors, a record that’s meant to be rocked live, together. So let’s thrash. We’ve got some amazing friends who are coming along for the ride!”

This tour will not only highlight their upcoming album, Saviors, but will also be a commemorative journey through their storied career, celebrating milestone anniversaries of their seminal albums Dookie and American Idiot. Fans can expect a perfect blend of new tracks, like the spirited “The American Dream Is Killing Me” and “Look Ma, No Brains!”, alongside classic anthems that have defined a generation.

North American audiences are eagerly awaiting the return of Green Day‘s high-octane shows and the opportunity to experience the new chapters from their soon-to-be 14th studio album, which is set for release on January 19, 2024, via Reprise Records. The band has teased fans with new music during a surprise Las Vegas show at Fremont Country Club, their recent headline performance at We Were Young Festival, as well as at the Amazon Music Live concert series, signaling a year of total domination for the punk rock veterans.

Tickets for the North American tour will go on sale starting November 10th at 10 am local time, with a Citi presale commencing on November 7th. Fans can also expect various VIP package options, offering premium experiences and exclusive merchandise. With a lineup that brings together decades of punk rock prestige, “The Saviors Tour” is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated musical events of 2024.
