RHODES Shares Heartfelt New Single “How I Love You”

Acclaimed London-based artist RHODES reveals a deeply poignant and sincere new single, “How I Love You,” out now via Nettwerk. Accompanied by a soft guitar riff, this new track emerges as a candid expression of love and steadfastness.

“‘How I Love You’ is an expression of love and commitment,” RHODES shares. He delves into the essence of the song, elucidating its representation of love as a sanctuary during tumultuous times. “There have been many times in my life where I’ve drifted away and become distant to those around me and as someone who struggles with my mental health, I’ve been immensely grateful to those who’ve kept me going. We all love in our own way, but it starts with openness and honesty,” confesses RHODES.

This release follows a series of successful musical ventures for RHODES, including the summer releases of “Happy” and “Sunlight,” signifying his musical evolution. A recent collaboration with English DJ duo CamelPhat on the song “For A Feeling” has witnessed remarkable success, garnering over 22 million Spotify streams within a week of its release.

RHODES’ latest album, Friends Like These, was launched earlier this year via Nettwerk, marking his return after his acclaimed debut, Wishes, in 2015 via Sony Music. Friends Like These, recorded during the lockdown, unfolds a diverse palette of personal narratives revolving around love, loss, friendship, and hope, conveyed through RHODES’ enchanting vocals. It was created in collaboration with producers Rich Cooper and Ash Workman, known for their work with Christine and the Queens and Metronomy.

This April, fans were treated to The Pool Sessions, an EP featuring a selection of live tracks from Friends Like These, recorded at The Pool Studios in London.
