Mudhoney Kick Off Extensive “Plastic Eternity” North American Tour

American rock band Mudhoney has announced a major North American tour in support of their latest album, Plastic Eternity. Beginning on October 12th. 2023, in Tacoma, the band is set to play a series of 31 shows, concluding with two special performances in their hometown of Seattle on November 18th and 19th.

Mudhoney‘s most recent offering, Plastic Eternity, boasts hit singles such as “Move Under,” “Almost Everything,” and “Little Dogs.” The album has garnered significant praise from other music publications, including MOJO, Louder Than War, The Big Takeover, and FLOOD, with Bandcamp aptly describing the album as, “…a ripper that reaffirms their place in the annals of American hardcore and punk rock.”

This year also marks a special milestone for Mudhoney, as they celebrate the 35th anniversary of their original releases: the 1988 single “Touch Me I’m Sick” and the Superfuzz Bigmuff EP. To celebrate the occasion, both releases will be released with limited-edition vinyl colors, with the “Touch Me I’m Sick” 7” already sold out. However, fans can still grab the mustard yellow Superfuzz Bigmuff from select outlets.
