Beach Fossils Debut “Tough Love” Music Video
In the lead up to their North American tour, Beach Fossils released a brand new music video for their track “Tough Love,” a standout track from their recent album Bunny, which is available via Bayonet Records.
Dustin Payseur, Beach Fossils‘ frontman, shared the story behind the new video, saying, “We love ‘Tough Love,’ but it didn’t have a music video, so the other night we decided to make one. With no plan in mind, we started at a bar and ran into some friends, then decided to keep going to different bars. By the end of it, we had a big group and were all just hanging out and having a good time.” The video was directed by the band’s close friend Joe Agius (Hatchie, The Creases).

This announcement comes after their summer appearances with Post Malone and precedes their major headline tour, which includes a hometown show at the Knockdown Center in Queens on November 30th. Turnover is set to support all the shows, with additional acts to be revealed next week.
The album Bunny has been recognized as Beach Fossils’ most personal and grounded work to date, a vibrant collection reflecting on the various life events – from love, loss, depression, and finding yourself in the bustling New York City. It’s an evolution in sound, yet borrows elements from their earlier works like the What a Pleasure EP, Clash the Truth, and Somersault.
The tour commences on October 24th in Atlanta, GA, and will see the band traversing cities like Nashville, Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, concluding with their hometown show.
