Beach Fossils Announce North American Headline Tour Dates

Beach Fossils have unveiled their North American headline tour dates in promotion of their latest album, Bunny; their fourth studio album out now via Bayonet Records.

Following their ongoing series of shows supporting Post Malone, the Brooklyn indie rockers are set to grace the stage in various cities, such as Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nashville and Boston. A significant highlight will be their hometown headline performance at the Knockdown Center in New York City to conclude the tour on November 30th, 2023. Turnover will also be joining as supporting acts, with more special guests to be announced soon.

Bunny marks a significant chapter for the band. Showcasing Beach Fossils‘ journey through different musical eras, the album blends elements from their earlier releases – the jangly vibes of What a Pleasure EP (2011), the post-punk undertones of Clash the Truth (2013), and the intricate soundscapes of Somersault (2017). The album delves deep into the emotional world of Dustin Payseur, the band’s frontman. From personal narratives about a family member’s battle with cancer to the joys of fatherhood, Bunny is described as the band’s most intimate and detailed work to date.

Beach Fossils‘ acclaim isn’t restricted to studio work; they’ve made their presence felt with impressive performances at major festivals like Coachella, Bonnaroo, and Primavera. Their album The Other Side of Life: Piano Ballads clinched the No. 3 spot on the Billboard Traditional Jazz Albums chart. The band’s ever-growing popularity is evident with a total of seven million listeners across platforms and a steady two million Spotify monthly listeners.
