Melanie Martinez Announces 2023 North American “Portals” Tour
Melanie Martinez, the multi-platinum alt-pop sensation, has announced her upcoming “Portals” North American tour dates. The tour, produced by Live Nation, will kick off on May 30th, 2023, at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver and will hit 29 cities across the United States and Canada, concluding on July 15th at MTELUS in Montreal.
Fans can expect to see Martinez exclusively performing as her alter ego, a pink monster that evolved from her previous Cry Baby persona. The singer-songwriter-filmmaker will be showcasing songs from her latest album, Portals, which features the new single “VOID.” The album was announced last month with a viral TikTok video that has surpassed 115 million views across social media.

Martinez’s “Portals” tour promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience for fans. The artist will perform as an otherworldly creature, a rebirth of her alter ego. Fans will get to hear new songs from Martinez for the very first time, alongside her greatest hits from her previous albums, including K-12 and Cry Baby.
Martinez’s previous album, K-12, was a huge success, entering the Billboard 200 at #3 and debuting at #1 on the Alternative album chart and the Soundtrack album chart. The album has been streamed over 2 billion times and is RIAA Gold-certified. The accompanying musical film, which Martinez wrote, directed, and starred in, was also a hit, grossing over $2 million on its first day of release.
With her upcoming “Portals” North American tour, Melanie Martinez is sure to continue to cement her place as one of the most innovative and exciting artists in the alt-pop genre. Tickets will be available starting with Melanie Martinez’s mailing list presale (register here) beginning Wednesday, April 5th.
