Andrew Bird Announces 2023 North American Tour Dates
Andrew Bird has announced a summer tour, with new dates added in Canada and the United States. Joan Shelley, Madison Cunningham, Ted Poor, and Uwade will join him at various stops, with a spring leg beginning on March 31st, 2023, at Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, TN.
Bird’s last release, Inside Problems, was released last year to critical acclaim. Prior to that, he collaborated with singer-songwriter Jimbo Mathus on These 13. The two had previously worked together in the band Squirrel Nut Zippers, with Bird contributing his skills on the violin to the group’s breakout 1996 album, Hot.
