Yves Tumor Shares “Heaven Surrounds Us Like a Hood” Video

Sean Bowie, best known by the recording alias Yves Tumor, has shared their latest music video for new single, “Heaven Surrounds Us Like a Hood.”

Yves Tumor is set to release a new full-length album, Praise A Lord Who Chews But Which Does Not Consume (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds), in a couple of weeks. This upcoming album follows their previous EP, The Asymptotical World, which was released in 2021.

So far, two tracks from the album, “God Is A Circle” and “Echolalia,” have been released. Yves Tumor has now released another new track called “Heaven Surrounds Us Like A Hood,” which was co-produced by Noah Goldstein (Kanye West, Rosalia) and Yves Rothman (Nasty Cherry, Blondshell).

The music video for the track is directed by Cody Critcheloe (Róisín Murphy, Sky Ferreira) and showcases Yves Tumor’s well-oiled live band. The band’s performance is highlighted in the video, adding to the anticipation of the upcoming album.
