Jessie Ware Announces New Album, “That! Feels Good!”

British singer Jessie Ware has announced her latest album, That! Feels Good!, is set to be released on April 28th, 2023, via PMR Records and EMI Records. The album is a follow-up to her 2020 release, What’s Your Pleasure?, and features her new single “Pearls.”

“Pearls”, co-written by Ware, Stuart Price (Madonna, Dua Lipa), Sarah Hudson (Little Mix, Tinashe), and Clarence Coffee Jr. (Carly Rae Jepsen, Selena Lopez), is a tribute to legendary divas like Donna Summer, Evelyn “Champagne” King, Teena Marie, and Chaka Khan.

In a statement, Ware described “Pearls” as a track that “doesn’t take itself too seriously but demands you to have a dance.” She added, “It’s the second song you will hear from my collaboration with Stuart Price and Coffee — with the wonderful addition of Sarah Hudson — and hopefully gives you a taste of the fun we have working together…”

That! Feels Good! stems from over a decade of self-discovery, and understanding of her artistry and performance style. In her own words, Ware says, “That! Feels Good! stems from over 10 years of understanding who I am, and who I enjoy being as an artist and the thrill of performance.”
