Macklemore Teams Up With DJ Premier For “HEROES”
Ahead of his upcoming album release Ben, out March 3rd, 2023, Macklemore has shared his fourth track. “HEROES”, featuring legendary American record producer, DJ Premier.
This past year, Macklemore has released “CHANT” featuring Tones and I, “MANIAC” featuring Windser, and “FAITHFUL” featuring NLE Choppa. Now, ahead of his third studio album release, Macklemore shares “HEROES”. A track that sees the Seattle rapper pay homage to his childhood idols (NWA, DJ Quik) backed by the traditional boom-bap production and DJ Premier‘s iconic scratch sampling techniques.
