Cruel World Festival Returns With Siouxsie Sioux and Iggy Pop

Taking place on May 20th, 2023, at Brookside at The Rose Bowl, Pasadena, Cruel World Festival is set to be headlined by Siouxsie Sioux and Iggy Pop.

The Goldenvoice one-day festival will see Iggy Pop celebrate the release of his 2023 album, Every Loser, whilst Siouxsie Sioux marks her return to stage for the first time in a decade. Joining them will be other iconic rock acts such as Billy Idol, Love And Rockets, Echo & The Bunnymen, Adam Ant, The Human League, and Gary Numan. This marks Love and Rockets first performance as a band in fifteen years.

Cruel World Festival 2023 Lineup

First announced in 2020, Cruel World focuses on 80s new-wave and goth artists. After being postponed for two years, the festival hosted its inaugural event last year with performances from Morrissey, Bauhaus, Blondie, and more. Echo & the Bunnymen were due to perform, but had to postpone due to visa reasons.
